In December, I hosted a free virtual event on using Motivational Interviewing tools with toddlers. The event was a hit, with most attendees asking for a part 2! In response, I created a follow-up event and added grade-schoolers to the discussion as well! 

The idea for this workshop occurred one year ago when my wife and I began the process of growing our family. Before having this amazing little one in our home, I thought I understood how Motivational Interviewing (MI) could be applied to parenting. The truth is I had NO IDEA!

The good news, however, is that I do now! As a subject matter expert who has utilized MI tools for over 15 years in 19 states, I will combine my knowledge of MI with my experiences raising a toddler to provide tools, tips, and feedback on applying the MI Spirit in your home!

I am not an expert in parenting, but I understand the power of MI and observe its daily impact. This no-cost virtual training is my gift to seasoned, new, and expecting parents who want to add tools to their toolbelt at home. See you soon!
