The Power of Perspective - How to Change Minds

As strategies to inspire others to become more complicated, techniques influenced by empathy and compassion remain the most effective way to motivate change. This session will teach professionals how to evaluate, understand, and positively impact the attitudes and beliefs of others. Through audience engagement, breakout activities, and self-reflection, participants will learn how sustainable behavior change occurs when the client collaborates with an empathetic, non-judgmental team member. Participants will leave with skills to inspire action and help us answer the most critical question: “How do you change someone’s mind?”
