No one truly wins in a power struggle. Even if you momentarily come out on top, the “loser” is likely to seek retribution, perpetuating the conflict. Similarly, if you lose, you might find yourself doing the same. Watch the full clip to understand why finding resolution is key. 💬 Personal Reflection: For the past two years, my family and I have been caught in a power struggle. This ongoing battle has significantly shaped who we are today. I’m sharing this to be honest with you all and to highlight the importance of finding resolution rather than engaging in endless conflicts. Tips for Navigating Power Struggles: 1.
