Service Description

Curtis has created a 4-day train the trainer program to prepare staff to teach the Speak4MC Motivational Interviewing (MI) curriculum. The project will cover the following: • Motivational Interviewing content deep dive • How to facilitate an engaging training • Developing MI refreshers • Creating checks/balances • Implementing MI into program culture • Much more!
