Service Description

Speak4MC has designed a coaching schedule that will allow us to provide individualized coaching for three months. Leaders will receive one session per week for three months. (Number of sessions can be modified based on need). Sessions will be at most 2 hours. Sessions will focus on a target behavior selected by the leader and/or provide real-time coaching on situations occurring in the workplace. Coaching summaries will be provided to designated supervisors. MI principles will inspire all coaching to encourage growth and empower leaders.
