Motivational Interviewing (MI) Fidelity

Service Description

Speak4MC has created a 3-part project to ensure MI principles are integrated into program culture. • Fidelity, Monitoring, and Sustainability Speak4MC will create fidelity tools for each trainer at their program/facility. This includes a site and case review tool to be completed quarterly and observation checklists to be administered at their locations. • Workshops and Training Speak4MC will also complete in-person monitoring to ensure that trainers deliver quality content. Speak4MC will train instructors on utilizing fidelity tools and maintaining the requirements to be a Speak4MC MI trainer. Follow-up sessions and support are provided. • Assessment and Recommendations Speak4MC will provide recommendations to improve identified fallouts.
